The Corporate Director of HR will plan, lead, direct, develop, and coordinate the policies, activities, and staff of the Human Resources (HR) department, ensuring legal compliance and implementation of the organizations mission and talent strategy.

We offer a wide variety of quality select-service hotels under various brands including Marriott, Hilton, IHG, Best Western, Wyndham branded hotels.
Responsibilities and Duties:
Monitors and ensures the organizations compliance with federal, state, and location employment laws and regulations and recommends best practices; reviews and modifies policies and practices to maintain compliance
Provides constructive and timely performance evaluations
