About the Role:
As Regional Director of Sales, you will work closely with the Corporate Director of Sales to develop and execute strategic sales plans that drive revenue across your assigned hotels. You’ll be based in the San Diego/Scripps Ranch office and responsible for building relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring that sales targets are met. You will monitor performance, analyze key metrics, and assist in developing targeted action plans to optimize revenue. You will play a pivotal role in strategy development, mentoring, budgeting, and holding teams accountable for achieving results. You will work closely with the Sales and Operational Teams to maximize deployment, manage expenses, and achieve overall profit targets for the company.

Key Responsibilities:
· Revenue Leadership: Achieve and exceed budgeted revenue goals for assigned hotels.
· Strategic Planning: Develop and implement initiatives and sales strategies to address areas of opportunity.
· Performance & Accountability: Collaborate with property Directors of Sales to assess performance, interpret key metrics, onboarding and implementing action plans for improvement areas.
· Budgeting & Forecasting: Assist in developing sales budgets and ensure accountability for revenue targets.
· Relationship Building: Foster strong connections with property teams, corporate employees, vendors, and clients to drive long-term success. Recruit when needed to fill key roles within the company.
· Market Analysis: Stay ahead of industry trends and competitor activities to refine sales strategies.

Compensation: $95,000.00 - $115,000.00 per year
